Each year, the Community Partnership Award honors nonprofit organizations that leverage partnerships with public and private organizations in order to scale their transformative solutions to critical social challenges, within their communities and beyond.
This year’s award winners were selected from a competitive pool of nearly 500 programs. Together, they represent a wide variety of creative, results-oriented organizations that are driving measurable change in their communities. They join a growing list of Community Partnership Award winners that are lighting the way to healthier, more equitable communities for all.
