Since its inception in 1996, the Community Partnership Award has recognized 256 partnerships from cities and towns across America.

In 2020, the Community Partnership Award began recognizing one national award-winning program and four Honorable Mention Award Recipients. In prior years, there was one national winner, two Honorable Mentions and seven Merit Finalists.
